Spring 2026 Recruitment

Recruitment will take place February 16-19, 2026. Follow us on  Instagram for more continuous updates.

If interested in the Spring 2026 Formal Recruitment please fill out the interest list to stay up to date with emails from us. 

Steps To Join 

1. Join the 2026 Spring Recruitment Interest List 

4. Attend the first round of recruitment. 

February 16, 2026 7:15-8:45 pm in Hendrix Ballroom B (Casual) 

February 17, 2026 7:15-8:45 pm in Phyfer Auditorium (Business Casual)

January 18, 2026 7:15-8:45 pm in Hendrix Ballroom B (Business Casual) 

2. Attend ONE of the Mandatory information sessions 

January 22 at 6:30 pm in Brackett 212

or 

January 23 at 5 pm virtual

5. Second round of recruitment is invite only. 

Mock Interview: February 19th 

Formal Interview: February 23-27

3. Submit the formal application

Application materials should be turned in by January 26, 2026 at 11:59 pm.

6. BID Day!

Requirements

As a PNM:

1. Hold a steadfast commitment to going MD or DO 

2. Have a 3.4 College GPA (We do not allow first semester freshman to go through recruitment) 

3. Attend ONE of the mandatory interest meetings 

4. Turn in your formal application on time 

As a member:

1. Hold a steadfast commitment to going MD or DO 

2. Maintain a 3.4 GPA 

3. Maintain 75% attendance at fraternity events

4. Pay semester dues
